New Wampa Cave screengrab

I noticed how the bottom of the wampa cave scene t track is flat, and on the other it was an uneven arch, almost as if it was sanded by hand. On the boba fett blaster, you can see a noticeable arch. If you’ve made silicone molds before, you would know that making a one part mold is a hell of a lot quicker than a two part mold, if they made a one part mold, it would mean that they only get an impression of one side of the track. What if the original track was stuck down and had a one part mold made, and these tracks are rubber/resin casts from that mold and is why the bottom of these tracks are flat or have an uneven arch as it was cut/sanded by hand?

Quite honestly, after looking at that HUGE closeup of the SRS saber bottom, I think they filled in the glue arch rather well.
