New Series TARDIS chair

Has this ever been ID'd, or was it a custom? I'm looking for something like this for my TARDIS basement setup.

I think the two side pieces were custom, but the actual chair looks like a normal office chair you'd get at Office Depot or some place like that. Is that synthetic suede?

I found something close, but it's not exact.

Looking at it it come from a car(the middle chair at least)you can see the handle to pull to make it go back and forward ,as it's on the front it's gotta be old,early 80's minimum,also on the bottom you can see the runners.
It could be from a early Mini,or metro

It's not a rolling office chair, it lookslike the center seat is a car seat planted on top of a barber's chair base.

looks like a 1970's car seat on an old medical chair stand , the 2 side seats look to be custom made and weathered to suit
