Thanks guys... the muscle structure had to be natural for this client.  His duct tape mannequin pretty much filled up the whole skin, and for those who know how big my skins are before alterations, that's saying a lot.  I actually had to add material in the back and for the first time, did not take in any material on the arms and very little on the legs.
