Just got this ..... it's a promotion item that was given out to the press for the movie "Red Eye". It's a exact replica of the pen from the movie. If you've seen the movie, you know what the pen is used for

Best I can find at the moment ... some manip from a random film site... it's right where she's quietly slipping the cap off the pen before she gives him a new place to breathe.
