Need help with a gun display stand

I want to display my Jack Sparrow Flintlock on some sort of stand, instead of the frame display that MR included. Does anyone have any tips for an easy display stand? Nothing too fancy, just enough to get the job done.

I made a thread on this same subject some time ago. Rebelscum here on the board sent me a PM and said he could make pretty much anything out of wood depending on my budget and if I gave him the dimensions of what I would need. This reminds me that I never actaully got back to him after my intial PM! :lol You could try asking him. I couldn't find anything online that suited what I wanted.

I've altered Master Replicas Force FX lightsaber stands to display blasters. I cut the new vertical pieces out of plexiglass. The base says "Star Wars" on it though. Maybe you could make a Pirates of the Caribbean Jack Sparrow Flintlock plaque to cover the Star Wars text.
