Need help making an oddly specific prop.

So after recently having seen Tusk I have become oddly infatuated with the idea of making one of the Slurpee style "Chug-EH-Lug" cups. I don't know if its possible to do but any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.The link below show some pictures of the cu in question.
