Need help cleaning up an image.

Is it possible to somehow clean up this image? Make a version of it not pixilated?

Anyone know how to do this?

yep, recreate it in illustrator, and build it as a vector image.

This is done super fast but when you shrink it, it should look OK.

I was hoping to avoid recreating the whole thing in Illustrator.

No, I enlarged it as a bitmap then selected the image and ran the smooth filter on it. Very down and dirty but when you shrink it, it should look better.

Illustrator would be best though.

Andy, you might go to http://vectormagic.stanford.edu - you can convert the picture to a vectorfile or image if you like and save it on your disk.
