NECA and it's horrid customer service

I need to make a return/exchange on that Halo needler I just got because it is damaged, but I have yet got a response from NECA has anyone dealt with them or this problem with no emails being sent back? If so does anyone have a number I can call to get in touch with them?
 
I don't know of any customer service number but I haven't dealt with them in a while just because their stuff tends to be crappy anymore and they waste the franchises they get access to. This is normal customer service for them though: back in the mid 2000s when i got into action figure they put out a ninja gaiden figure and forgot to put some of the weapons in. You could email them and they'd send you a set but if you had more than 1 of the figures even with a receipt you wouldn't get more of the missing part and they kept forgetting to put the part in future shipments of the figure. Then there's the figures that fell apart coming out of the packaging.
