I think if you want Naked Lunch props, you should post in the junkyard.

WTB: heroin.

:lol [/b]

I picked up an old manual typerwriter a little while ago. i did for a moment see wings on it..

Two friends of mine had quite a few props but eventually sold them when they moved last time a few years ago, they had a Mugwamp, Typewriter, and the Human Centipede (That attacked the boy in the film).

I can find out if they still have photos if you are interested, that Film was very Bizarre.

I rember seeing a prop replica for sale over in japan of the bug type writer, this was about 2 years ago.

IF I had the extra Money I would have bought all of their Props from the movie but couldn't afford it at the time :(

Hi jay,
Hope these help.

Ed- Thank you, very nice pics. I like the last one, showing the props in the prop room.

J.Max Hehe. From the MOVIE, not the book. <G>

I rewatched Naked Lunch recently and stumbled upon this blog post which identifies the typewriters (Clark Nova, Martinelli, etc) as real machines with new logos attached.

Clark Nova (Bill Lee's machine) = Smith Corona Sterling

Martinelli (Frost's machine) = Olivetti Lettera 22

Wow, I'd love for someone to expand on this. I'd be up for a Mug head sculpt.

What about that thing that looked like a facehugger, only it had an ass and humped it's way across the floor!

The birdcage scene would make a cool diorama!

i had some pics of the bug typewriter but alas it was several hard drives ago:unsure
