Sorry I am NEW here, but with all this talk about '300' and the official props is anyone here planing to actually wear a costume of a Sparta for a con or anything? Anyone thinking of reproducing these helmets and props? Just wondering because I am over at some other forums and we have few people who would like to pull this off for Dragon Con this year. I just need to get my body in shape and I might even do it.

There are severl members that have discussed it. I am sure somone will make at least a helmet prop that will fit........ I will say this. To those that want to do this costume, check out the training they had to do on the 300 website. How in shape you are will make or break this costume. Good luck all........

i think to pull this off you either need to be in amazing shape or NOT in shape at all...that could be really funny... :D

Thanks everyone. I will look forward to any prop developments for everyone here. I am currently using the BFL program, www.bodyforlife.com, to aid me in my Spartan Quest. I have been on it for one week already and I am feeling the difference. I have a long way to go, but Dragon Con is until late August. Who knows if I will pull this off, but it will be fun trying. I'll keep you all posted.
