My TOS Star Trek Red Shirt Uniform.

Ready for the Comic Con and other fun events. Since i am not good at sewing. I had other avenues to get this together. I am satisfied with results. The Relica Red Shirt (M) is from Anovos co who has done an amazing job with the Cut and look and the way it was presented from the series .. It is Lt. Comm. so I will not be sent down first to Planet and get killed with Kirk landing party. LOL :confused
The Pants were custom made by Stephanie (Murraymousie on Ebay). She does accurate pants and really does great with detail.
The Belt I made with Black Leather Grain Vinyl with Velcro patches for hanging P2 and Comm. The Tricorder, Phaser, and Comm are from Entertainment Earth/ Diamond Select. and Boots are Trek/Jedi Boot. Anyway it is a fun costume. I did not want a cheap looking representation, but I wanted it more towards how it looked on TV.

Looking good!! You do, though, need to get some location shots.
There's this neat little planet just a few parsecs....................

Shylaah, Thank you so much for that Photoshop. I will get some outdoor shots when weather gets better. I need to find a Quarry nearby of some type of rock formation. :)
Also thanks for the compliments.

My Wife is getting a TOS Red Dress, but it is a cheap version ( She will wear it while attending to our baby daughter at the comic cons). If she likes it for future we will upgrade to a more accurate Dress for her later.

Nice get-up! What boots do you have?

On the Murraymouse pants - did you get the zipper fly or elastic?

Hows the fit on them & do you have any trouble keeping them up without a belt?

I'm getting ready to order a pair of pants, but I want the velcro installed on the pants, instead of a belt.

Looking good - watch out for lava monsters!

The Pants (Murraymousie) have the Zip Fly. They fit very well and do not slip down. The measurement is very important at the waist just a 1/2 inch below belly button.(That is where I measured. I put in velcro myself, but on my P2/Communcator Belt that I based upon the TOS design. I can wear the pant with no problem without Belt.
If the waist does not seem tight enough then sew in a couple of darts at waist. Ask her if she also makes the TOS Phaser belt Season 2 and 3 if you want black or season 1 if you want gold phaser holster. She may do them.

Are you a member of Starfleet 1701st costume group? They have aot of resource there.
