Great collection :) Is that Luke's severed hand (3rd bottom image)?

Hahaha yes, it is. It's like .45 scaled. Got it from a guy here in Mexico who claimed that these were given in a Star Wars convention; however I think he made these himself. Still it's one of my favorite things. It's very gore :D

That is such a great piece. I like how the base of the sabre has some damage as well. Good attention to detail.

Re: Finally, my Star Wars collection all together *UPDATED*

This thread along with some others on here make me realise how important a good display is. Stands, plaques, and a good display contribute in a pretty massive way to showcasing an impressive collection.
In the past I've thought it would be a waste of money to spend money on a stand, but now I think if the props you have are worth it, you owe it to yourself to show them off the best way you can.

Re: Finally, my Star Wars collection all together *UPDATED*

You're right there. Even if you have a cheap prop, if you display it well, it will look much nicer and no one will ever think it's cheap. And it's easy to build stands. I built my blaster stands with wire and plastic bases from Maisto scaled cars that were junk, and all my plaque stands except the MR are made of foam. You just need some imagination, time and disposition to do things :D

Yeah!
I'm excited about building real displays. Luckily for me I live alone and can put whatever I want, wherever I want. I have a lot of different fandoms I want to build up collections for so my hope is to have a themed display for each one, and possibly some themed rooms with fitting decoration (for example, for my Portal room, have the Rattman graffiti on the walls, and test chamber paraphernalia). I think imagining up displays is part of the fun.

You've done an incredible job here, not only is it an impressive collection but it's showcased so beautifully.

Thanks man :) I wanted every single thing here since I was 14, but it wasn't until now that I could afford all these props. My next goal is probably a lifesize Yoda. We'll see what comes around in the future.

Very nice collection! I especially liked how you have a plaque for your own saber! Too cool. Loved the "handle with care" warning sign, too. Thanks for the inspiration!

That it one sweet collection. I love what you have done with it. Your customization work in incredible, and you know I'm a fan of that Obi TPM/AOTC saber you have.

Well done.

Thank you Tom! your contribution is there of course :D couldn't have got this stuff without the help of all you guys here, and of course inspiration from everyone's posts and reference pics from amazing guys. So thank you all.

I'll be updating this soon, as I got yesterday a Stormpath shared stunt saber and today I went to the post office to pick up my lifesize Yoda (yay!) which is missing a hand, so I'll have to work on that during this week, given that I'm off from work (double yay!).
