Hi ManfromNaboo!!! They will come. The problem is, that I had to give in not to show the whole movie on the net. I´m working on clips.

Do you really think, I should bring them out back to daylight and exhibit them?
Since them I came miles forward and am a bit ashamed to show the even here. I do it out of sentimental feelings. I have such good memories from these days.
I will think about it.

Again, a very nicely done figure. Much better than the hasbro stuff. Possibly even better than Sideshow.

I think this (as well as all the others) should be in the OT section as it doesn't have anything to do with actual props or costumes.

Possibly the General Modelling forum would be more suited. There have been some top quality builds of similar items in that forum.

On topic - They are all superb by the way :)

WOW Steveo, you make me happy. I´m glad you like these Royal guards so much. Although I know the force pikes and the under dress aren´t correct after all we know today. I think they turned out quite well. But if I would do them nowadays, they would have another standard. Also all the others would have. In terms of reference photos and my age (here 19) it´s all I could do back then.

.

Thank you. I´m sure your attention was to help me. Maybe you turn out to become a cool, selfless person sometimes, Gino:thumbsup. I really thought about this. Well, it has. It´s a replica in another scale.

Hi Chris. It´s cool to have a feedback from you. I´m glad you like my royal guards.:)
I wish there would be a more specific section like 100% selfmade figures. Even better would be: general sculpting. Sculpting is not the same than modelling. That´s why I think the prop forum fits best.

Ooops! Totally missed that... Thanks!

Thank you Stilgar. I added two more sides from my storybook into this thread today. So if you understand German you can read the story about our POF movie. Otherwise you can guess it with the pictures :cool

I think I spend too much time on the computer in this forum, these days, but I like it so much being surrounded by such cool and knowledgeable people like you all are. I can´t tell you often enough how much I enjoy it, sharing my (mostly very old) stuff with you.
For the moment it´s okay, but unfortunately I can´t spend the same amount of time here in the future.
