beautiful paint job :thumbsup .

Do you have a diagram showing the paint scheme for a ANH Vader or know of one out there?

Thanks,
Fred

Same as ESB, except the right cheek part above the tusk tubes is grey in ANH and not black as in ESB/RotJ.

Well then how about a diagram for the ESB paint scheme. Problem is, I don't know the scheme for any of them, but I will be acquiring an ANH in the future.

I only have the old Vadermaker diagram, though I have made edits to it, so I'm not sure people would appreciate if I posted it here...

VERY nice paintwork....you did that two years ago?? And are showing it now? B) I'm really picky when it comes to the amount of shine and depth to the black....to me it's as important as the amount of matt or shine to the silver....both look spot on to me.... :thumbsup

If you'd like, you can PM me or maybe start a new thread or something.

Thanks,
Fred

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
Sithlord,
I agree the shine of both colors is of great importance to accuracy to this helmet.
I do however need to add the gunmetal to the right cheek just above the tusk, sharp eye Nohumorman;-)

Heres a pic of my newly acquired leather jumpsuit. Its a Lucas Alvarez suit. He was excellent to deal with, along with top notch quality and accuracy.
He even did a special treatment to the leather to make it shinier ,like the real ANH jumpsuit. I'm very pleased with the progress so far. I need to build a mannequin for him.

I'm just toooo short for Vader :lol I'm more along the lines 3po size.
Although it is all wearable it will be only for display.

Beautiful :thumbsup

I never tire of looking at the GH, gotta love it.

Nice paint too, but I do think that the eye sockets should be black as GH said. That said though, congrats on a great looking helmet :)

Cheers,

Kraig

Fantastic pics. Great paint job.

I just acquired my first ANH helmet, a JB V2. I wil start a thread with pics once I get them taken.

Again thanks guys.
Ya know i didn't notice the space above the eyes needed to be black. I knew there was something off and now it makes sense.Definitely be fixing that. Thanks gang.
Also i think i need to lower the dome a bit more to give that mean ANH look.
I'll post pics of the GH armor when its finished.
