My Freddy Krueger costume

Already looking ahead to next Halloween, I was able to snag a really authentic looking and high quality silicone Freddy mask. Not sure who made it since it was purchased second-hand on Ebay.
The sweater is the Hot Topic one, personally distressed by me.
I just got in the mail today a custom part 3 style "Fredora" made by Jack Capers who is a member over at Michael-Myers.net.
The glove is an ebay purchase detailed in another thread of mine. Not pictured, I am wearing faded black Dickies work pants and dark brown distressed work boots.
No left-hand silicone glove yet, but so far I think it looks pretty darn disgusting (in a good way):

Great looking stuff you've got there!

Only thing left is the burnt hand, like you said, and get some make up around the eyes for the complete look.

Really nice Freddy. :thumbsup Really like the mask, fredora and sweater they look perfect. Glove is far too clean IMO but looks not too bad. It'll be a great costume once you have the burnt hand. :cool

For the burnt hand, I am going to make my own silicone glove. I need to have a cast made of my hand, then layer on some red/flesh color silicone.
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the look even at this point and with those final few touches as mentioned before it will really be great.

Yep saw that before. Still too clean for me, needs the solder spills etc to give that gritty look. :cool

The glove is modeled after the part 3 style so solder spills would not be accurate for it. That kind of grittiness didn't come into play until part 4.

Thank you - I always do my best (within budget and availability) to get costume pieces and accesories that are both reasonably accurate and look good on me.

Fits you well! Do you have any pics of the mask in natural lighting? In the shadows it looks a little on the red side instead of a more fleshy pink... It's looking sweet though! Love the classic Freddy!

It does look more fleshy-pink in natural lighting.
Once I find a suitable location for some better shots - like an industrial boiler room - I can maybe get some photos are are more authentic looking.
