My early YODA copied and being sold on ebay as original puppet!!!

I agree. Maybe it is just the eyes and the chin, but somehow it doesn´t look right.

Can't be - the seller's location of Ampfing is positively miles and miles from Munich!
lolIt's a very distinctive 'smiley' sculpt. Just look at the mouth. A good piece of work but *very* clearly not the original!

Just got a reply from the seller...(I confronted him with the fact, that the YODA is not a cast from the original molds, but a recast of your work)
Here´s the brief translation from terranote:
No.1:
"What´s the problem?
We purchased the plaster-mold as "originals" and can do what we want to.
I contacted the seller of the molds and he claimed these being a mold of the original/ screenused Yoda. Now FU**OFF! And I reported YOUR messages to ebay *HAH*"
No.2:
"...in addition to that, how come that a mold of a "fake" is put into circulation? The sculpter did it in commision and received $ for it and then the molds were sold, right?"
So the question to Phil is...did you sell the mold and the rights to pull casts to anyone?

Anyway...there´s still the claim that he purchased the molds (= the rights to produce and sell copies).
