Not sure about the kit part, but the "sticker" you're referring to in the second photo is actually a signature of one of the ILM model makers. It says "Michael Fulmer". I think it's just written with pencil or black pen.

Chris is correct...

There are roughly about five names written on the studio ESB Falcon, including Fulmer, Steve Gawley, Lorne Peterson, etc.

Fulmer's is on there twice (look underneath the cockpit).
