Thought I'd show off a few pics of my clone helmet. I can't begin to tell you how much bondo was used. I cut off the old aerators in favor of some new ones. I had to build up spots of the underside about a quarter to a half an inch.
All that's really left is the chin greeblie, brow and to glue a few things on. Probably a wet sand.
