No they didn’t. They only made the ROTS version.

I think there was an annoucement for a ROTJ one but that never came to pass due to ROTS and no one knows what that would of looked like.

I've seen that everywhere on ebay all from different sellers the helmet is either one of Portys old ones with those weird shape domes or a recast of his due to the very soft details.
