MR Luke ESB Lightsaber Inaccuracies?

I was looking at an MR Luke ESB and comparing it to screencaps, and it seemed like a few things were off. Am I correct? One, the knurling on the buttons seems too fine, and two the circuit board seems too wide, or the "lip" holding it on is too thin, or something. The box just looks too big.

I'm ok with some idealization, and I'm a fan of MR in general, so I'm not looking for a blanket "it's all wrong," just some specifics. Do you know offhand what they might be?
