MPC Speeder Bike

I had made an MPC Speeder Bike kit when I was a kid, but it was in rough shape and the paint job wasn't great. I had always wanted to fix it up and give it a better paint job, but it was missing some pieces, so I recently bought an unused kit on eBay and re-made it. The kit did not come with the stand so I made my own. I know this isn't the best speeder bike kit available, but I'm happy with the way it turned out.

More photos. I corrected some of the detail on the helmet/visor as the model kit was quite inaccurate.

nice!!! How accurate was the MPC to say...the larger SIDESHOW?

I haven't seen the sideshow one in person, so I really can't say. I think the worst part of the MPC one was the trooper's helmet. I tried to correct some of those issues with some Apoxie Sculpt on the figure.

The bike itself was really well done, the only weak spot is that the exhaust baffles have no attachment points.
