Move style Clone belt build

Then using the bottom of a mug to draw around *as you can see the main discs are about half a cm bigger than the bottom of a pretty standard mug.

Then cut the inner circle out

And glue the two discs together.

Next I cut a strip of sintra 1.5cm wide and to start with 26cm long though it need a little trimming down when heated and moulded.

This I molded around the piping to get a good snug fit so that when the end is on it's not loose and wont fall off.

Leaving me with this

That piece I then glued to the bottom of the main disc. The ends of it should stick out slightly from the disc

I should point out that the glue I used as I did throughout my clone build was plastic weld. Once the glue was dry I then spray painted both detonator ends so that they were a uniform white and the yellow of the plastic weld was covered up.

Once you have one... Repeat the process :)

Put the two together onto the ends of your pipe and viola. One Thermal detonator. It's butterfly bolted to my belt and velcroed at the other end. The seam running down the pipe is at the back and not visible at all though I guess you could fill it with P38 and hide it further.

One last picture update and no photo's for this part of the process I'm afraid as work on it all has been sporadic lol. The last part of the belt has now been finished in Sintra and that was the belt boxes so here they are all finished, painted and weathered. B)
