As most people know who make book cover props, the spine, back and flaps are the hardest part because they're usually not shown on screen. So I have fun and make them up. Some of these have my made up bits even though some people better at this than me have discovered what they really look like. I also like to make something interesting for the flaps. Usually in the front flap is something about the character in the book and the back flap is a reference to movie like a movie poster image. Oh well, hope someone can appreciate or use these:
