We had a Con last weekend and my daughter wanted in on our existing King Arthur/Patsy cosplay my wife and I were doing. This was a combination of props and costuming -Anna made the tunic and gloves, we jointly made the helmet, and I made the sword (thanks asavage for the great 1-day videos for both sword and helmet).

Below are a few progress and final pics and some pics of us at the con.

Thanks for looking.

Helmet made from poster board and pink-sheet insulation for the top.

This looks fantastic - and congratulations for winning the prize - well deserved! I also love working with cardboard. It's fun to see what you were able to achieve with it. The weathering of the helmet looks great.
