Moguls and movie stars on TCM

Anyone else been watching this? The Warner brothers were from Youngstown, Oh (fifteen-twenty minutes from me) and their first movie theater before they started the studio was 15 minutes in the other direction in New Castle, PA. Sadly its all but forgotten as part of the local history along with the more than a dozen fireworks factories that made it the fireworks capital for a long time.
It was interesting to see what a total SOB Thomas Edison was, I knew he was liar and a thief but turns out the guy was a thug to the bone.

Nobody else is watching this? I figured you'd all be watching as its the history of the movie business and is really good. They did WW2 and the start of the 50s blacklist this week.

I watched it today and DVR'ed the 1920-1930 but haven't watched it yet. Neat show, learned a lot. I was hoping it would go up to 1980 but I don't know if it's headed that far.

I'm not sure i think they have a few more episodes as it is 8 in all. I may get it on dvd. I need to get the TCM dvd guide they have out so i can raid amazon. I already have a list thanks to my 700 page guide to 50s scifi lol. I always thought the Warner Bros were from New Castle, PA (near here) but that's just the theatre they owned. They were from 20 minutes away in Youngstown, Ohio. Sadly neither city plays it up for any tourist money. I doubt it would bring much in but you never know with movie buffs.
