Hi!

For a future statue, I need a real mini color CRT to "disguise" in a vintage computer like the AMSTRAD CPC 6128

It's for a mad scientist diorama and statue at 1:3 SCALE (I know, the diorama is huge, but I don't plan to make the whole laboratory!!!)

My knowledges on electronic domain are ZERO!!!!! So, I need @Undead's help!!! :p Or someone else that have experience with CRT and Raspberry Pi

The computer will be displayed some "fake" scientific and biological datas, I have started a while ago an animation on "After EFFECTS", you can see here:

I have seen a good small CRT during my researches:

So, "voilà" !!! Please, don't hesitate to talking about this with me and excuse for my bad English ^;^

good morning! allright :) if you can find something that match with what you have in mind let me know the masurements and i can build the "disguise" or the custom casing around it, it would help a lot if you have metric units for me so i can design a perfect fit for the raspberry pi or the crt of your choice into the casing

SUPER COOL dear friend!!! But unfortunatelly, I don't have any measurements . . . I have just searched the things will be compose the future mini computer, but I have nothing yet at this time . . .

But the most important is to have the Raspberry (or other) connected/cabled to the CRT to display the fake scientist datas in a loop

I know almost nothing about electronics, and during my research, I still learned about the Raspberry and Arduino, but I would be unable to tell you

REALLY what they are used for . . .

I am not trying to learn electronics either, because unfortunately, I already have a busy life and unfortunatelly do not have time to devote to this

technological universe. And especially since I am full time on the statuette project (for those who are curious, see my post in the SCULPTURE

section)
