I've gotten a few PMs today but no email notifications.

I just received a pm notification email, so it's not a system wide failure (at least not as of 10:13pm CST).

I noticed they were a bit slow earlier but then got a slew of them tonight.

I still haven't gotten email notifications from the PMs I got yesterday. Just as an FYI.
