Medical/Doctor's bag?

Hey folks,

I'm trying to track down and old fashioned medical kit bag, like the one McCoy borrows in TOS' "Spectre of the Gun."
The kind that opens up really wide at the top? As I remember it there must have been a frame in the opening that expanded or scissored open.
Anyone have any ideas or thoughts on these?

Ideally, I'd be making one green for a children's live stage production I am working on. It doesn't need to be authentic to anything in particular, just recognizable as a Doctor's bag.

Its called a gladstone bag, genrally made of tan coloured leather with a scissor mechanism on the top to hold it wide open.
You can pick them up over here quite cheaply, even vintage ones. They also appear on a popular auction website too.
