May have found 10th Doctor suit fabric.

Hopefully this isn't old news as I was excited to pass it along to my RPF friends that have been on the hunt for this elusive fabric.

The other day I was chatting with a friend at work who is a fan of the show. She talked about an interview she read with the costume designer about how she found a pair of pants that she loved the fabric for, but they didn't make a matching jacket for them. The designer ended up buying as many of these pants as she could and having the jacket pieces cut from them.

I did a small search (as I don't really plan on doing this costume. Just bored and trying to be helpful). This is what I came up with.

Looking at some pics, it appears that the stripes themselves should be thicker. However, the search for pants I hope gives everyone something to go on.

i went through every bleepin' store in the nyc fabric district looking for something good and turned up nothing.

probably for the best that i didn't... if i did find something, i'd probably have bought it!
