"Matt Lauer Can Suck It!" prop book cover

I'm looking to make a replica of this funny prop from the movie "Land of the Lost" (the Will Ferrel one) and can't seem to find a lot of good reference photos, specifically what is printed on the back of the cover and what publishers logo we see on the side.
Any help is appreciated.
