I completed a new Master Sword replica last year for ZeldaUniverse.com, and they did a full write-up on the project over on their site:

Previously, my replicas used a cast resin hilt and pommel, and a stainless steel blade. For this run, there is the option of changing the hilt and pommel to powder coated cast bronze, and the blade to tempered A2 high carbon tool steel. This variant also uses cast pewter gems and accents, that I plate with copper, and then gold. I've shipped over 10 of this new style from my website.

Pricing Details:
#1) $1675 Bronze Hilt and Tempered Carbon Steel: Finished Master Sword
#2) $1275 Bronze Hilt and Stainless Steel: Finished Master Sword
#3) $975 Resin Hilt and Stainless Steel: Finished Master Sword
#4) $750 Resin Hilt and Stainless Steel: Kit only
All items include $50 worth of shipping, which will cover most of North America. Shipping International is no problem; I'll quote you. Deposit is $400 for each item, plus additional shipping if applicable. Anyone who's ordered from me before gets a discount, you just need to ask with a pm.
Options:
A) Add a pedestal (+$295), can't be shipped overseas
B) Replace lace and vinyl handle with braided leather (+$25)
C) Fill-in the triforce engraving (+$0)
D) On Bronze: Twilight Princess Style Tongs (+$250)
E) On Resin: Twilight Princess Style Tongs (+$100)
F) On Resin: Choose b for blue, p for purple, or d for dark

Here is my current inventory, and a lead time reference:
- Bronze Hilts: 4 finished and powder coated, new hilts take 8-12 weeks in a batch of about a dozen, and 1 week to powder coat
- Resin Hilts: 1 cast and finished, a batch of new hilts can be cast in a week, finished take a few days per hilt. If more than four people order resin hilts, I'll be casting a new Resin Hilt mold too.
- Stainless Blades: 2 machined and in stock, 5 more coming in one month, more can arrive in a month after that
- Carbon Blades: 3 machined and in stock, more can arrive in 8-12 weeks
- Pedestals: I can make about three a week with a two week lead time
