Mass production, of sorts....

Hey everyone. Right now Im trying to produce, write, direct, and film a little war series that i created.

However, I need to outfit my actors with several guns of different sorts. What is a cheap, effective way to get 5-10 replicas of one original rifle that i created?

Now when I say cheap, I mean <$200 or so. Money is real tight right now...:confused

Design a rifle around one of those cool nerf rifles. Then just use the toys as the props.

I guess it really depends on the design.Using a toy gun as a base will be the cheapest option.For a small run vacuum formed shells and details will be cheaper than making silicone moulds and resin castings.
