mass effect 2 n7 build....please help

hi, i finally found some templates for making the mass effect 2 armor. i've never done this before and my little nephew seen a picture of this and asked me to make it for him.
so i'm gonna build it. every link on everything i find is completely dead.

where do i start at now that i have the templates. this is for a ten year old and i'm still trying to search how to make it the size to fit him....
i would really appreciate any help from anyone. i'm sure i'll mess up on pieces, but it is only just foam and it's for a ten year old boy that really just wants to wear a cool costume and run around in with his new nerf rival gun i got him for christmas......it's the automatic one that holds a 100 bullets....

Hi Jasel,

You can modify the armor pieces in pepakura designer (free software) by clicking 2d menu and then change scale in submenu.
