Lovely!

What is the construction of the mask? It hugs he face well without looking too forced or artificial. Nice!

Okay so its been some time since I've been on here. I apologize not getting back to some of your questions. The mask is a simple plastic mask cut to fit just the forehead eyes and the bridge of my nose. Used adhesive spray glue and glue the fabric to it. I have some more recent shots with a new mask and hat as well

Looks great. Your level of detail is the best I've seen for this version of the character.

Slightly off topic, what can you tell us about the Guy Williams sword in your avatar?

Thanks! The trim on the hat is the hardest thing to replicate. I'll probably do a Version 3 lol. The Guy Williams sword is a recent Edition to my collection. I'm going to be doing his full costume in the end. It's a vintage 1950s Santelli sport sabre from Italy just like the ones disney used for the Zorro show

Your saber is great. I have an unmarked one that is the same style. I was able to get it on eBay last year. I swapped out the blade to an epee blade, and now I just need to find the correct pommel.

The hat trim is something I've been searching high and low to try and find a replica of for sale that I can just add to my hat. No luck so far.

I got an unmarked one back in 2019 (after a 3 year search). Swapped the sabre blade for an epee blade, the wooden grip for a leather grip and now all I need is the correct pommel.

Bought another type of sword this week because on the picture it looks like it has the pommel I need for my Guy Williams sword. Waiting for it to be delivered.

It looks great. Now we just need to find a box of NOS so we can all get some of these... or find a machine shop that can make a bunch.
