mask looking wet

if anyone can tell me what r1a2s3 used to make the mask look wet and what can i use to make a foam mask waterproof that would be great.

thanks for that but i trying to go for something cheaper cause i am malaysia so something cheap

So i use Water based High gloss Varnish and i mixed it with some Colorless Latex! hope it helps !
