Mark 17 heartbreaker helmet foam build WIP

I have made a few things in pepakura before and went the fiberglass route. this time I thought I would try using foam. I used Jackieisrockin's IM3 Iron Patriot helmet as a starting point and this is what I came up with, im going to redo it and change some things (make the top more rounded and not so square) now that I have a idea of what to do but i think its not bad for my first attempt at foam. the final one will have some of the detailed parts 3d printed and then I will cast it.
