Man of Steel Costume \S/ Emblem update made to print

I'm going to be doing the new Superman suit from Man of Steel

So I could get all the detail I thought it best to have it done in 3D. It's being printed and will be ready for end of month and I should have my first cast start of Feb

The other rubber parts of the suit will prob be 3D print and the main body suit is a printed suit file made by rpf memeber carl9149

The plan is to puff paint the small details on to the fabric

Got the print molds made just waiting on rubber to cast my first emblem.

First test pull got more air bubbles than I wanted but can sort that out with next pull
Detail is all there very happy with that

I have a question: doesn't the shield have a thin frame around it about as thick as the shield?
