I agree with others that the Lootcrate Leeloo Dallas Multi Pass is a great bargain, so I got two of them. But I wanted to make one a Korben Dallas Multi Pass and while I was doing it, I thought that I would re-engineer the insert to separate the ribbed section from the photo I.D. section
I had some left over styrene sheeting both flat and rib-textured, so with a little cutting, I had my parts.

I glued the pieces up and used some metallic graphite model paint to match the ribbed section to the frame.

I made the Korben photo insert using a re-drawn text with close-enough fonts and the Propstore screen-used Multi Pass as a model. I had to do a little stretching and squeezing to make the image file the available space on the new insert. The images were sized to print out on a 4 X 6 inch photo at the local do-it-yourself photo booth.

Looks o.k. to me. What do you think?
