Looking to do a Grand Admiral Thrawn cosplay - Advice needed

Hey folks.

I looked through the forums a bit and failed to find the answers I'm looking for.

I want to do a Grand Admiral Thrawn cosplay, and am looking to have the uniform made. Anovos doesn't make the officer uniform in white, and others online look ill-fitting. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can go that wont cost more than Anovos? Has anyone had a custom officer uniform made, by someone who might be willing to do one in white?

I can piece the rest of the cosplay together, but I just don't think I'd ever finish sewing the uniform myself.

You will want to join the Blue Man Group, but refuse to shave. This will anger them greatly and they will kick you out of the band. Naturally this will make you cry, nobody wants to be kicked out of the Blue Man Group, but it's key to getting those red eyes. You will be able to destroy them easily since you've gotten such an up-close and personal view of their art.

if i didnt have such a hard time touching my eyeballs i would try this cosplay for myself.

This is the cosplaysky uniform. I need to adjust the collar. I did this before Thrawn was announced for Rebels, so I'll probably use facial prosthetics to lift my eyebrows/forehead. These contacts are NOT comfortable
