Anyone know where to buy some that you can actually see through?

Depends what type you're looking for. Usually the "white eye" are opaque or at best translucent and you'll be considered legally blind while wearing them.

Your best bet would be to run an image scan and see whats out there.

I think even Wal-mart has them in stores with an eyedoctor. Act now since I remember it took wild eyes some time to ship (this was years ago).

These guys do really great custom contacts. I had a pair of contacts with Vader's Face on it, creeped people out.:lol

Never tried it, but I remember reading that it's possible to do low-budget zombie eyes using the membrane from an egg. Obviously, whenever dealing with eyes, use extreme caution!

The thing that sucks, is I go to the National haunted house convention ever year, and at our haunt we don't use contacts...but I can get them for $30 a pair (instead of $80-$150) if I buy in bulk...bulk meaning I only have to buy like 10 or 12 pairs...Next year I will be picking some up for sure...because I just started wearing one Marilyn Manson style lens this year...I wear one but had to pay $90 for the pair.

I would not even attempt this. You could badly damage your eyes.

The contacts are easy to come by, but as already mentioned aren't cheap. Don't forget that you will also have to get an eye exam to wear them. Even if you don't need a prescription, you have to be cleared by a doctor to wear them.
