Looking for Witch Mountian UFO pics

Anyone here know where I can get any great reference pictures of the old and new UFO pictures in hopes to scratch build them. I truly love the Witch Mountain movies and I am having a huge problem trying to find pictures of the UFO crafts.

I think screen caps will be your best bet.

I'm sure some production photos were taken, but my bet is that they would be extrememly hard to find.

Maybe reseach if there were any magazine articles published back when the film was released?

Not sure if this will help

John eaves is the Concept Illustrator responsible for the new ship. He lives here in Lancaster. He does primarily Pin-Up Photography, but you might be able to get information from him

Thank you its a start I have posted on his site and others for more pictures of it, I wonder if this is the only thing available:confused

I had the Pegasus kit before I watched the new Witch Mountain. I was quite surprised how close the two ships are in design. I wonder if Pegasus tried to get the license for it but failed in the end? I think the Pegasus kit would be a good starting point at least.

I had that feeling to as well

:cry I swear Disney concept art in live action film is almost non existent. I have checked hundreds of sites and still nothing. Looks like John Eaves is the only person to give up the goods. I so want to build it this Summer.

Hmmm......... I have two cousins who work for Disney in the animation department. I wonder if I could make a phone call or two???????

If you do that would be great. I recently found an ad about a show last year which had the Flying Saucer on display and its very odd that non of those images made the net unless it was a no camera zone :confused

Just a thought how much work would it be to convert the Pegasus Area 51 model to make it look like John Eaves concept sketch :confused

Could probably be done.
Fill in Pink areas
Cut out and rebuild top aqua area
Cut out yellow window areas
Add on green details

The only prob how to begin such a task being a novice model builder and I hope when John Eaves updates his Witch Mountain section it will have details of the bottom of the Saucer

I tried Cenefx magazine and they didn't cover the film

It's cool that he had the idea for it from the ELO ship logo.
One of my favorite bands when I was in high school.
