Looking for someone who can airbrush

I'm looking for someone who's pretty good with the airbrush. I want to buy a black tactical vest and I need someone to airbrush a punisher skull onto it and make it look all worn and cool. If anyone here can help me out, let me know. Hopefully it wont cost an arm and a leg. :lol

Stencil + spray paint + sandpaper? Mist the basic area, go thicker in the sharper details and sand away the excess?

I can't find a stencil for the punisher skull and I'm not very talented and making that stuff or I would, Lol. Here is a pic of the screenused vest from the movie.

Nice design, I agree that it doesn't look airbrushed, if you ask me it looks like its done by hand using some sort of sponge to dab the pattern onto the fabric?

I did a punisher shirt for a friend in 15 minutes... I downloaded the skull image from the net, I resized to be printed on 2 A4 sheets, I cut out the image, copied onto adhesive paper, then I used a can of opaque white spraypaint over it... For the "dripping" paint you can use a sponge as suggested by CommanderCody, or a brush or even a eyedropper...
It's easy as hell, trust me!
