Looking for some help

I'm looking for some help with a little project. I'm looking for somone that would be willing and able to do a sculpt of the Supreme Leader from Captain EO, or at least the head piece, for little cost, or someone who is willing to take payments. is there anyone that's willing to help? I don't need it until October, November time... it's for a thing at work

 

That's a pretty tall order, especially for "little cost"-what is your budget?

 

really don't have a budget... not sure how much something like that would even cost.
