looking for new blue print and modeling software

hi im new to the site and new to props in general, and have been looking for a program to help me with drawing and molding my props. I do have some experience in 3d modeling and blueprinting from back when i was in school. if anyone could give me a recommendation on a program to try out that would be awesome
