Bought this on ebay. The seller didn't/couldn't provide much info on it's history. Anyone got any info. It has a soldered in 12v battery and three wheat bulbs.

Looks a bit like a Galazy Quest Nebulizer and a little bit like a Search for Spock phaser. In either case, I like it.
