Looking for 3D printing droid files

I am putting together a droid display, similar to what is seen on the inside of the Droid Depot at Galaxy's Edge. I've got all of the R2, R5, BB-8 style droids taken care of but I'm trying to locate 3D printing files for other random droids, such as 2-1B, pit droids, K-2SO, battle droids, etc.

Apologies if these are obviously linked to here on the forum. If they are, I haven't found them. Any help is very much appreciated!!

I would go ask LucasFilms over in California if I were you. They probably have a 3d scan of them. You can buy a 3d scanner for less than 700$. I don't remember its price.

I´d recommend looking on Thingiverse, there are few really good ones, for example an ID10 seeker droid from Battlefront.

My favorite sources of 3D files are Thingiverse and GrabCAD. Here is a list of other sites.

I haven't seen any medical droid files, apart from some low poly models, and some intended as miniatures.

You, sir, are a fine human being!! These are exactly what I'm looking for!

I don't need full droids, though having the files will come in handy. Since my display will be kind of a junkyard of droid parts, such as what's seen throughout the films on the Sandcrawler, Watto's shop, and around the new Galaxy's Edge, the links you provided are going to come in VERY handy.

I'll keep looking for the medical droid. I can't see spending $300 for a medical droid head kit that's currently in the Junkyard when all I'm going to do is make it look really old and put it in a "junk pile."
