It's cool and all, but I'd rather have the ones from Blade Runner.

A light saber prop maker is selling lighted umbrellas on ebay in different colors. I guess they are using the same tech they use to make the blades for their replicas to make the lighted umbrellas. The black and white one is pretty close to the BR ones and I am glad they finally did it.

that's Mike Creager over at Lightech that is making the EL BR umbrellas... very cool..red, white and blue colors...how patriotic...not bad priced either

I picked up a blue one. didn't see the B&W's I'll have to check.

I waited when Hammacher-Schlemmer's on-line store had them several years back and lost out. So this time I grab a blue one right before Christmas and of course had I waited... :confused :lol
