Lich King Armor Pepakura Revisited

Thanks for the heads up, and it looks like someone moved this to the replica costumes page so thanks for that as well! I must have been slower than I usually am when I started the thread.
anyways, did a little more work on the helmet portion. I decided I would paint it one uniform color to see any flaws easier. Here's the progress:
Its a little hard to see, but up close there are cracks and crevices the pepakura design had left and human error as well. Painting a uniform color now allows me to go back and fill in the gaps before sanding and painting some more

I'm back with some more updates to the armor. I have decided that to smooth out the helmet will take an act of god if i use bondo, therefore, i have slush cast the inside with fiberglass resin and am just sanding away the peaks. Here are some close ups of the "defects" as I call them.
