Licensed Blade Runner Spinner Replica

Caan anyone here fill me in on how to get this kit? I know the Fujimi kit is coming, and about Randy Coopers, but I have to say that the Broken Hero kit looks the best to me! Anyone?

Sorry i tought it was only a medicom thread ^^
The medicom one.
I know there is the broken hero kit but its oop, ive seen that sithfire has been making one but hes not planning on selling them and its probably not finished.
I wonder if some body else done something for the medicom :)

I've herd it suggested but not sure if anyone has actually done a 6th scale spinner. I'm only asking because I drew up a full size spinner in solid works and thought as I'd got that far I would print one out, wile umping and raring I decided to go 6th scale and us hot toys for the inside. Its going to be huge ?

Do you have any screen grabs or renders of your model? I'd love to see em. I've wanted to build my own model for printing for ages. have made some tires are replacements for the solid ones in the Randy Cooper Kit that I've printed off in a rubber like plastic, but finding the time to make the rest is hard...

Cheers

Michael

printed spinner 1.jpgprinted spinner 2.jpgBRS-49.jpgBRS-43.jpgBRS-41.jpgthis all started because I wanted to try out keyshot for solid works but once I'd drawn the model it seams a shame not to make it. problem is its about 200 hours of print time before I can make moulds.

as above

BRS-44.jpg I haven't go around to rendering the finished model yet because I kept finding things to change and modify / perfect as I went the model is 99 percent finished and I have started printing bits

Roswell Japan made a 1/6 if I'm not mistaken (more than 200 parts)...but not for sale outside of Japan:cry Your rendering are tops flimsy

I can't find any reference on it Joberg but I'm in too deep to stop now. I haven't worked out how many peaces it will be but I'm trying to keep it crisp so I'll print out as many as it take to make it easy to clean up. I'm also thinking I may get some of the larger bits printed at CRDM they did all the parts for the exo suits. printing everything on my little Ultimaker could take years.BRS-wheel dome.jpg the wheel dome took 3 hours.
I think I should render out the finished model with all the mods that make it more accurate then start my own thread.

thank you Joberg

it seams from what I can make out its a dead dow dow.
I'm carrying on because I have a stair well in my office that I'd like to hang it as a light source.
1/4 scale has always been the go to scale in the film industry because its the easiest scale to translate lens information but if I was building models today I'd pick 1/6 and skip sculpting figures. digital comping makes it so much easier today. I work with David Stewart years ago before he died (model unit DP on blade runner) he was always say us kids with our fancy toys have it so easy, well with 3D printers now he's right. I draw everything full size then just scale as needed with the push of a button.

too early to promise that. I'll build one first, as this includes moulding it anyway its a possibility.
