So, I got this bucket in from Strongblade, and I love it. While it is a little big, I still think it's cool. I know it's not 100% accurate, but it is made from bronze, and has a real horsehair crest.

cool cool, love the horse hair, I watched some interview some where with the art director saying they used real horse hair with a combination of black fiber optic cables mixed in there to give it strength and shape.

No, no roids for me. :lol I'm Chinese! That'll be even more detremental to my, uh.... physique.

One thing: the helmet is a little big. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to make it a little more snug.

Foam should work. If it works for a bucket it should work here too. Some on the top and back. Adjust the foam's thickness to how far back or forward you want it to sit on your head. Insulation foam works but I hear folks using differant typed of helmet liners and even construction hat liners. I prefer simple foam. It's cheap and easy to replace when it gets worn out.

I've used those foam sleeping pads that you can get for camping. The cheap ones usually run about $10 for something like 24" x 72" of closed-cell foam 3/8 inch thick.
